Resident Benefits Package
We have put together a great package of benefits and services for our residents to take advantage of. The package is priced at $35 per month.*
- Moving Concierge Program ($150 Value): The moving concierge service is provided by a third party company, Citizen Home Solutions, that helps make the moving process less stressful while also saving you time and money. They assist residents in activating utilities, internet, cable and alarm services with one simple phone call rather than individualized requests to the various service providers. This program does not include setting up trash service.
- Carpet/Tile Cleaning or Pest Control credit ($50 Value): A $50 credit will be available to apply towards carpet/tile cleaning or pest control services performed by a reputable company in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission. This benefit is limited to once every 12 months and unused benefits do not roll over to the next 12 month period nor are they credited or useable at move out. The request along with the receipt must be submitted via email to the property manager.
- Home Buyer Program (up to a $1,000 Value): If you decide to purchase a home and choose Blue Fox Properties to represent you in the transaction, we will credit the dollar amount equal to your refundable deposit, up to a maximum of $1,000, and apply it towards your closing costs. Contact us at any time during your lease term to learn more.
- Online 24/7 Resident Portal ($50 Value): You have 24/7 access to your Resident Portal to submit maintenance requests, free online payments using ACH, as well as access to electronic statement and documents.
- Free Online Payment Options ($30 Value): You can pay your rent online for free by paying via ACH directly from your bank account. You can make a one-time payment or set up autopay so you don’t have to ever worry about missing a rent payment again. In addition to online payments, residents have the benefit of using the RentMoney service at thousands of participating locations.
- Utility and Maintenance Reduction Program ($30+ Value per month): We will deliver HVAC filters to your home every 60 days, approximately. You will simply install the filter when it arrives. Keeping fresh filters in the system has proven to save up to 15% off of monthly utility bills. Just considering electric and using the average electric bill of $128.40 in Arizona (According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration), that’s a savings of about $20 per month! However, in the summer months in Tucson, it’s not uncommon to see electric bills of $300 or more. In those cases, you could save $45 or more per month!
- After-Hours Emergency Maintenance Hotline ($Priceless): Get live phone answering for after hours, holiday and weekend emergency calls.
- One Missed Appointment Waiver ($75 Value): We know things come up and appointments can be missed, avoid that missed appointment fee, a maximum of one time per year.
- Late Pay Forgiveness ($50 Value): Good for use once annually, for the late fee on one month’s rent payment, up to 5 days late is the maximum forgiveness.
- One Time Waiver of Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) Fee ($50 Value): Life can get hectic sometimes and a small oversight financially can cause big problems. We understand things happen, so we will waive one NSF fee during your entire tenancy, not including the move-in funds.
